What's Inside

The pieces that make it work — designed around problems every community tournament faces.

🏛️Dedicated Tournament Pages

Each cup gets its own page with logo, banner, posters, theme, prize pool, dates, and full rules. The main page lists every tournament with its live status.

📝Smart Registration Forms

  • Built from an Excel template for quick setup, then fully editable in-app
  • Multi-step: Team → Players → Documents → Review
  • Autosave drafts — no lost progress
  • Duplicate ID check — no player on two teams
  • ID-proof image uploads with preview

Fair, Fast Approvals

  • Staff panel filtered by tournament, month & status
  • Flag individual fields with a comment ("ID blurry — re-upload")
  • On resubmit, correct fields stay locked — only fixes needed
  • Approved teams auto-mapped to the roster

🎲Transparent Brackets

  • One-click shuffle — logged & permanent, no re-rolls
  • Odd team count? 101 teams → 50 matches + 1 bye, shown openly. Even counts need none
  • Handles fields from 8 to 512 teams with ease

🔍Brackets Anyone Can Read

  • Scroll & zoom — comfortable even at 128 teams
  • Round tabs (R1 · QF · SF · Final) to jump stages
  • "Find my team" — jumps straight to your match
  • Simple list view for "who do I play & when"

📸Verified Results

  • Winner can't be set until a victory screenshot is uploaded
  • Round rules on every match card: Bo3 · Global Ban · Recording
  • No-shows handled fairly: wait window → auto reminder → walkover, shown openly on the bracket

⚖️Dispute Resolution, Built In

  • Either team can raise a complaint — cheating, contested result, rule violation — right from their match
  • Evidence uploads supported
  • Live status visible to both teams: Raised → Under Review → Resolved
  • Outcomes recorded: result stands, overturned, replay, or disqualification

💬Match Lobbies — Built for 256 at Once

  • Every match gets a private chat: both team POCs + their assigned Match Manager
  • Built-in /flip coin toss — server-side, logged, no arguments
  • Handles all 256 Round-1 matches simultaneously at 512 teams — no connection limits, no extra cost
  • No-show reminders land here and by email
  • Temporary by design — wiped when the tournament closes

🎧Match Manager Console

  • Managers are assigned their own set of matches (e.g. 256 ÷ 16 managers = 16 each)
  • "My Matches" view: assemble → toss → play → document → close
  • Lead's overview board shows every match by status — stuck matches spotted instantly

⚙️Per-Round Rules

Each stage carries its own schedule, Best-of format, global-ban setting, and recording requirements — with tool links and instructions shown right where players need them.

🔔Nobody Left Guessing

In-app + email notifications for the moments that matter: registration received, fix-up requested, approved, match scheduled, result posted.

Every Team Knows Where They Stand

Registration status is visible on the tournament page the whole way through — no more "did our form go through?" messages.
